Job summary

Opal HealthCare in Australia is seeking a hands-on Chef to lead roving kitchen coverage across multiple sites within Greater Sydney and the Central West. You will bring a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, a Food Safety Supervisory Certification, and 5+ years of Head Chef experience in aged care or hotel settings.

This full-time weekday role (9am–5pm) offers diverse site exposure, opportunities to educate teams, and pathways for career progression within Opal.

About the role:
