Job summary

Griffith University is seeking a Training and Development professional to design and deliver programs for its web publishing community. You will create resources, promote best practices in accessibility and content governance, and support digital transformation initiatives across university platforms.

The role focuses on learning content development, governance, and stakeholder engagement, with a view to sustained capability growth and learning culture.

Qualifications

• Degree with subsequent relevant experience in training, learning and development or related discipline.
• Experience developing training programs, workshops and resources.
• Experience with enterprise digital platforms and CMS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability development needs across Griffith's web publishing community.
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs and resources.
• Create learning content across university systems and support channels.
• Support adoption of web platform enhancements and digital initiatives.
• Evaluate training outcomes and iterate programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep materials current.
