Job summary

Griffith University seeks a professional to lead the development of fully online degrees within the Online Strategy Unit. You will collaborate with academics and staff to design student-centred, technology-enabled courses, ensuring high-quality online delivery and alignment with institutional goals.

The role emphasizes applying contemporary learning strategies, managing complex projects, and delivering resources that enhance graduate employability across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications in Instructional Design or Teaching or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience working in learning and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality fully online courses per unit design requirements.
• Partner with academics, students, OSU members and stakeholders to design and evaluate online learning experiences.
• Integrate learning and teaching strategies including UDL and social learning.
• Design assessment strategies to develop authentic and transferable skills.
• Advise and support clients during design, development, delivery and evaluation of resources.
