Job summary

AXPO Pty Ltd trading as Hab Shifa Australia is seeking a Web Administrator to manage the company’s website, e-commerce platform, and connected systems. You will ensure reliable, secure operations, perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues and support integrations with third-party services.

The role requires experience in website administration, APIs, security, and automation, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. This is a full-time permanent position based in Melbourne.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have practical experience administering websites and e-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of APIs and system integrations between websites and third-party platforms.
Familiarity with website security principles including SSL, DNS, access control and credential management.
Basic to intermediate scripting and workflow automation skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to liaise with external vendors and non-technical staff.
Attention to detail and accuracy in website information.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain and support the company's websites and e-commerce platforms.
Monitor website availability, performance, functionality and reliability.
Configure and maintain website settings, plugins, themes and extensions.
Perform routine updates, maintenance, troubleshooting and testing.
Identify and resolve errors, configuration issues and performance problems.
Maintain backups and assist with restoration procedures.
Monitor hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates and other web infrastructure.
Configure integrations between the website and third-party systems.
Configure, monitor and troubleshoot APIs connecting e-commerce, inventory and logistics platforms.
Investigate failed API requests and data synchronization issues.
Develop, modify scripts and automated workflows for administration and integration.
Assist with implementation of new web applications and services.
Maintain technical documentation related to configurations and workflows.
Monitor website security and respond to incidents.
Provide technical support to internal staff on website functionality.
