The role focuses on onboarding, asset transitions, and platform adoption, while delivering practitioner development and market insights to expand the firm’s footprint in the VIC market.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in wealth management and adviser-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of wealth platforms and investment products.
• Proven ability to grow new business and retain adviser relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Build and grow relationships with financial advisers and practices.
• Drive net inflows and new business across platform, managed accounts and investments.
• Identify growth opportunities and support onboarding, asset transitions and platform adoption.
• Provide strategic practice-development support across profitability, client engagement, workflows and technology.
• Deliver platform training, workshops and strategic sessions for advisers and practice teams.
• Develop territory plans, monitor competitor activity and share market insights.
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences and professional development forums.
