Job summary

HUB24 is seeking a Business Development Manager for Private Wealth & Broking in Melbourne, focusing on expanding the HUB24 platform adoption among advisers and clients. You will develop territory plans, nurture adviser relationships and support transitions to maximise platform value.

You will lead demonstrations, training and field support, aligning with regulatory requirements and the company’s growth objectives, in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Proven business development experience in financial services.
Experience managing territory, adviser panel, pipeline and sales targets.
Strong knowledge of investment products and financial planning industry.
Ability to build trusted adviser relationships and present effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory and adviser plans to drive sustainable sales growth.
Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline, advancing opportunities to conversion.
Develop relationships with advisers, practice leaders and dealer groups.
Coordinate transitions, onboarding and ongoing client support with internal teams.
Deliver platform demonstrations, training and education sessions.
