Job summary

Colonial First State in Sydney seeks a senior leader to drive wealth-management distribution, lead BDMs and RMs, and strengthen adviser relationships while accelerating adoption of CFS platforms and solutions.

You will partner with Product, Operations, Risk and licensees to set a NSW growth plan, coach teams, and manage pipelines, forecasts and governance to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management distribution or adviser-facing roles with leadership accountability.
• Strong understanding of wealth platforms and adviser adoption drivers.
• Proven ability to lead teams and sponsor key relationships in a competitive market.
• Coaching and enablement across sales behaviours and disciplined execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of BDMs and RMs to achieve outcomes.
• Own NSW growth strategy across platform and investments.
• Build relationships with advisers, licensees and partners.
• Improve adviser acquisition, conversion and platform adoption.
• Coach on value-based selling, pricing, and profitability.
• Establish sales disciplines: pipeline, territory, CRM, forecasting.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Risk to support transitions.
• Represent the business at industry events.
• Foster risk and governance culture.
