Job summary

Koda Capital Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Practice Development Manager to join our teams in Sydney and Melbourne. The role focuses on embedding processes, workflows, and support models across the client journey to improve adviser enablement, practice profitability, and client outcomes.

You will work closely with Advisers, Associates, and the project team to drive improvements, training, and adoption of CRM and workflow tools in a growing, independent wealth management firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in wealth management, financial advice, or related advice-led environment.
• Experience contributing to process improvement, workflow design, playbooks or adoption programs.
• Strong commercial acumen across pipeline management and adviser productivity.

Responsibilities

• Embed agreed processes, workflows, and support models across the client journey.
• Support and train Advisers and Associates to improve consistency and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance client experience and practice performance.
