You will build strong adviser relationships, convert opportunities, and develop 90-day growth plans while driving performance and compliance. Qualifications

• RG146 compliance required.
• Diploma of Financial Planning (or equivalent) required.
• 3–7 years' experience in business development within financial services with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsabilités

• GrowWrap Platform business across territory by identifying, converting and developing adviser relationships.
• Build and execute strategic business development plans to grow adviser networks and market share.
• Identify, pursue and convert new opportunities across territory.
• Partner with financial advisers to tailor Insignia Financial's solutions to client needs.
• Deliver presentations, education sessions and sales initiatives to advisers and groups.
• Develop territory/account plans including 90-day growth plans.
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce with disciplined activity and follow-through.
• Provide market and client insights to shape products and distribution strategy.
• Collaborate with Distribution and broader teams to achieve growth.
