Job summary

CLSA is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide application and production support for Wealth Management systems. The role focuses on extended-hours trading support and cross-time-zone coverage as the WM service window expands to 5x24 U.S. equities trading.

You will work with business users, development, infrastructure, and vendors to ensure stable production operations, incident handling, and ongoing support across regions and time zones. Fluency in English and Mandarin is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in application support, production support, or IT operations within securities, brokerage, trading, banking, or wealth management domains.
• Familiarity with Linux / Unix commands, SQL, log analysis, and basic scripting for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production and application support for Wealth Management systems, including trading, brokerage, account servicing, and digital client platforms.
• Support extended-hours activities and cross-time-zone coverage, ensuring timely incident handling and stable operations.
• Track and manage incidents, perform triage, and coordinate with cross-team stakeholders to resolve issues.
