Job summary

Citi is seeking a Production Support Analyst to ensure 24x7 availability of applications and rapid issue resolution. You will work with NAM colleagues, build tools to enhance support, and participate in change management and deployment in production environments.

The role requires shifts, weekend support as needed, and strong collaboration with business and technical users at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting RESTful/SOAP APIs.
• Proficient in web server configuration and monitoring.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms and IaC tooling.
• Familiar with enterprise app servers and DBMS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dev/infrastructure and business to meet requirements.
• Manage and resolve issues to meet SLAs and enable daily processes.
• Communicate issues and status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain application availability globally and improve stability.
• Drive capacity planning, resiliency, and monitoring enhancements.
• Perform change management and production deployments.
