Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or financial advisory support.
• Experience supporting Advisors or client teams with servicing and documentation.
• Strong client communication and relationship skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and portfolio systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Advisors to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Assist with client meeting preparation, review packs and portfolio information.
• Respond to client/advisor queries related to portfolios, reports and administration.
• Maintain high standards of recordkeeping and documentation.
