Job summary

LGT Wealth Management, a leader in private wealth advice in Australia, is seeking an Experienced Associate for our Advisory team in Sydney. You will support Investment Advisers, applying your established expertise to deliver exceptional service to high net worth clients with a high degree of autonomy.

You will independently manage onboarding, account openings, complex portfolio administration, and cross-border transactions, while mentoring junior Associates and helping to strengthen team

Qualifications

• Wealth management or private banking experience preferred.
• Ability to manage complex client matters with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to compliance, risk controls and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end onboarding of new clients and complex portfolio administration.
• Handle cash/stock transfers, corporate actions, margins, settlements and international trading with proactive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Investment Advisers on high-value client relationships and prepare meeting materials and investment proposals.
• Mentor junior Associates and provide coaching on best practices.
• Maintain accuracy of client files in Avaloq and support team processes and controls.
• Liaise with clients and internal/external teams to resolve complex queries and ensure seamless service.
