Job summary

Ark Total Wealth in Sydney is seeking an Associate Adviser to join a boutique team. You will work closely with 2 Senior Advisers to deliver client-focused financial planning services and coordinate end-to-end onboarding and ongoing client care.

You will prepare Statements of Advice with Senior Advisers, liaise with clients, and collaborate with our advice, accounting and finance teams to ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Financial Planning office preferred but not essential.
• Great organisational skills are essential.
• Adviserlogic and/or XPLAN experience preferred but not essential.
• Exposure to Risk, Super and Investment products.
• A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning preferred or working towards completing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with clients on their existing portfolios and structures.
• Prepare accurate and succinct Statements of Advice with Senior Advisers.
• Working with our advice, accounting and finance teams to ensure the client receives a seamless service experience.
• Prepare insurance quotes and investment models.
• Research of investment products, strategies and risk profiles.
• Manage the client review and renewal process.
