Job summary

Capital Haus is seeking an Associate Adviser in Sydney, on-site, for a full-time role. The position focuses on investment administration, trade support, client service and compliance to support Private Wealth Advisers.

You will work in a fast-paced wealth environment with exposure to investment operations across platforms. We welcome a highly organised candidate with strong attention to detail, proactive mindset and a genuine interest in financial markets.

Qualifications

• Interest in developing a career in financial advice.
• Experience as an associate adviser or dealer assistant preferred.
• Familiarity with investment platforms (OpenMarkets, Praemium, Hub24 or similar).
• RG146 qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Working knowledge of Xplan is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide investment administration and trade support to Private Wealth Advisers.
• Process investment documentation and client instructions.
• Manage CRM data and portfolio records across platforms.
• Coordinate adviser diaries, meetings and follow-ups.
• Assist with reports, portfolio reviews and client correspondence.
• Support compliance and regulatory record-keeping.
