Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of client service or administrative support in financial planning or wealth management.
• Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Business, or related field is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to financial advice software such as Netwealth, IRESS or Xplan.

Responsibilities

• Support Adviser in coordinating, delivering, and implementing financial strategies and client advice.
• Manage client onboarding, communications, and documentation for meetings and annual reviews.
• Handle diary management, client meetings, and detailed file notes with follow-ups.
• Execute fund transfers, redemptions, and investment applications across platforms.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and update client databases.
• Identify administrative process improvements to boost team productivity.
