Job summary

An experienced Financial Adviser is sought for a nationally recognized private wealth firm in Australia, working closely with Private Wealth Advisers to deliver tailored financial strategies. The role focuses on advising existing and new clients, developing relationships, and ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance across client plans.

You will review, present, and refine financial plans, respond promptly to client inquiries, and mentor the client experience team to uphold service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a financial adviser.
• Completion of the financial adviser exam and eligibility to act as an AR/representative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of the financial planning industry.
• Experience with financial planning software.
• Broad knowledge of financial planning concepts, legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely advice to existing and new clients.
• Proactively develop new client relationships and understand clients' needs.
• Apply knowledge to help meet clients' financial goals and assist with plans to meet their goals.
• Review and approve financial plans.
• Present financial plans to clients.
• Respond to client enquiries promptly.
• Assist in preparation of research and required documentation for client meetings.
• Respond to and manage client communications.
• Supervise the advice process internally to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the client experience team.
• With admin support, complete SOAs & RoAs for clients and ensure high-quality final documents.
