Job summary

Garnaut Private Wealth in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to support a high net worth client base within a collaborative private wealth environment.

You will coordinate client matters, implement approved recommendations, prepare investment reviews and documentation, and contribute to advice preparation with paraplanning insights. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in client services or a similar role within the financial advice or wealth management industry.
• Sound understanding of financial planning and ongoing portfolio administration.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a professional approach to client service.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership and follow matters through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional service to clients, their accountants and business contacts.
• Coordinate ongoing client matters and provide clients with progress updates and appropriate follow-up.
• Coordinate the implementation of approved recommendations and authorised client instructions.
• Prepare investment reviews, portfolio reports and supporting client documentation.
• Contribute to the preparation of some advice documentation.
• Process and follow up investment transactions, account applications and related client documentation while maintaining accurate and compliant client records.
• Monitor implementation and transactions through to completion and promptly escalating any issues or delays.
