Qualifications

• Have at least 2-3 years of client service experience within a financial planning firm.
• Engage with clients, particularly busy professionals.
• Solid Xplan knowledge and skills.
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Highly developed relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail with superb organisation.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Lives in either Sydney or Brisbane.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless support to the advisers and manage the implementation of advice.
• Answer general enquiries from clients in person, by telephone, email or mail correspondence.
• Act as the first point of contact for all portfolio management and implementation queries.
• Maintain Xplan and all other client databases and transaction records.
• Ensure all online systems and resources are operational, maintained and current.
• Provide exceptional implementation support to all clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
