Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process adviser fee arrangements and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate adviser changes and account transfer activities.
• Maintain adviser and account information across the platform.
• Investigate and resolve administrative exceptions and operational queries.
• Collaborate with advisers, stakeholders and team members to achieve positive outcomes.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and within service standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and adviser experience.
