Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• 2–3 years in waterworks construction.
• Experience with delivery methods: Hard Bid, CSP, CMAR, CMGC, Design Build.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Proficient in estimation software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop quantity take-offs and costs from bid packages.
• Track costs versus bids and analyze pricing of commodities.
• Consult with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors to refine estimates.
• Prepare sub-bid analyses and electronic estimates.
• Manage multiple bid opportunities across projects.
• Travel as required with a valid driver’s license.
