Job summary

Austcorp Executive is seeking a dedicated business development professional to grow a specialist waterproofing portfolio across commercial construction, civil infrastructure and remedial projects in Western Australia.

You will proactively hunt for new business, build relationships with applicators, contractors, engineers and specifiers, and promote liquid membranes, polyurea, sheet membranes and remedial systems while supported by our technical and product teams.

Qualifications

• Proven waterproofing industry experience – essential.
• Good technical knowledge of waterproofing systems, products and applications.
• Proven business development experience with a hunter mentality.
• Established relationships across the waterproofing and construction market.
• Strong commercial drive and the ability to independently develop a territory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt for and win new business across WA.
• Identify upcoming commercial, civil, infrastructure and remedial waterproofing projects.
• Build relationships with waterproofing applicators, contractors, builders, consultants, engineers, architects and specifiers.
• Develop existing accounts while continuously building a pipeline of new customers and projects.
• Promote specialist waterproofing solutions including liquid membranes, polyurea, sheet membranes and remedial systems.
• Get involved early in projects to influence specifications and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and site visits.
• Work closely with internal technical and product teams to support customers and projects.
