Job summary

Manly 16Ft Skiff & St George Sailing Club is seeking a Kitchen Hand to support chefs in a busy waterfront venue. You will keep the kitchen spotless, assist with basic prep, wash equipment and help with deliveries while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

Join a vibrant hospitality team with opportunities to learn from experienced chefs and grow in the kitchen. Nights, weekends and public holidays will be required.

Responsibilities

• Keeping the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and organised.
• Washing dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation.
• Keeping kitchen supplies stocked and ready for service.
• Helping with deliveries by putting stock away.
• Following food safety, hygiene and WH&S procedures.
• Supporting the kitchen team before, during and after busy services.
