Our Kitchen Hands are an essential part of our kitchen team. You’ll work alongside our chefs to keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service while helping the team deliver well-presented, delicious food to our members and guests.
It’s a hands‑on role in a busy kitchen, so we’re looking for someone who can keep up with the pace, work as part of a team and jump in wherever they’re needed.

Keeping the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and organised
Washing dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
Keeping kitchen supplies stocked and ready for service
Helping with deliveries by putting stock away
Following food safety, hygiene and WH&S procedures
Supporting the kitchen team before, during and after busy services
Work in a busy waterfront venue with a great atmosphere
