Job summary

SeaLink Sydney Harbour is seeking a Kitchenhand to join its onboard catering team. You will work under the Chef, ensuring the galley runs smoothly from setup to pack-down on each cruise.

We value hardworking, reliable individuals with a keen eye for detail, capable of maintaining hygiene standards and supporting the crew during busy service periods. Training will be provided, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the kitchen before each cruise.
• Keep all surfaces, stations and equipment spotless.
• Wash up and reset stations quickly to maintain service pace.
• Assist with food prep and plating as needed.
• Receive and organise deliveries; rotate stock to prevent waste.
• Pack down and reset the vessel at the end of each cruise.
