NRMA Parks & Resorts Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to join our casual front office team. You’ll welcome guests, manage bookings, and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs along the beautiful coast.

You’ll be the face of our park, answer inquiries, and help guests enjoy the best of Port Macquarie with local tips. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and flexibility across a 7-day roster are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle bookings and inquiries with a smile.
• Availability on weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, and checking guests in and out.
• Answer phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and every stay runs smoothly.
• Share local tips to help guests experience Port Macquarie.
