Job summary

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater treatment plant projects in the Sunshine Coast region, Queensland. You will drive delivery from planning to closeout while overseeing budgets, safety, and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires delivering complex treatment facility upgrades within operational sites, applying industry standards and best practices to protect asset health and regional water networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering water/sewage treatment plant projects.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgets and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from planning to handover with safety, cost control and quality.
• Deliver works related to water treatment plants and infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, margins, forecasting and financial performance.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to protect profitability.
• Manage contracts, variations, and subcontractor performance.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
