Role requires Construction Card, vaccination/fitness-for-work compliance, and experience with water treatment operations. Willingness to travel between plants and participate in on-call duties is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Construction Card required and vaccination/fitness-for-work clearance.
• Certificate III in Water Industry Operations preferred.
• Experience operating water/wastewater treatment plants safely.
• Ability to monitor pumps, valves, and treatment processes.
• Interpret flow meters, gauges, and water quality results; record findings.

Aufgaben

• Operate day-to-day water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Perform sampling, routine analysis, and inspections; report plant performance.
• Carry out basic repairs and maintenance; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure WHS compliance.
• Support and train Trainee or Assistant Operators.
• Travel between regional plants and participate in an on-call roster.
