BHP Group seeks a Water Systems Coordinator for Prominent Hill, SA. The role focuses on improving potable water integrity, reliability, and compliance, with hands-on field inspections and coordination across site stakeholders.

The position requires practical experience in water infrastructure, safety and risk management, and collaboration with operations, engineering and contracting teams. On-site roster and 4/3 style shift offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with potable water systems, process water systems or related utilities.
• Ability to interpret drawings and verify field conditions.
• Strong safety, compliance and risk-management focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of potable water infrastructure across site.
• Verify tank installations, pipework, pumps and valve alignments.
• Coordinate defects identification and rectification.
• Lead potable water plumbing conformity assessments.
• Maintain asset registers and update management information.
• Coordinate water quality monitoring and sampling points.
• Support drainage, testing and tank maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors.
