We are seeking a motivated and people-focused leader to join our inclusive and high-performing Mine Services team within the Mining Production department. As Supervisor Mine Services Pumps, you will lead a diverse team responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance and performance of site water management and dewatering systems.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership to ensure mine dewatering infrastructure supports production requirements, maintains regulatory compliance and delivers reliable water management outcomes across the operation. Working closely with Production, Maintenance, Technical Services and Contractor partners, you will play a key role in driving collaboration, building team capability, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
