AECOM’s Water Infrastructure team in Cairns is seeking an inspiring and collaborative Team Manager to lead engineers, drive growth, and deliver innovative water projects across Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll mentor staff, build strong client relationships, steer technical direction and asset management, while fostering a safe, high‑performing culture—relocation and visa sponsorship are available for the right candidate.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, with CPEng and/or RPEQ.
• Experience in the water infrastructure industry and a consulting environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability build relationships and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at varying levels.
• A passion for mentoring, leadership & collaboration.
• Commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions that balance profitability, efficiency, and market insight.
