Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical water infrastructure projects across remote Pilbara operations. Based in Perth, you will oversee end-to-end execution of two major capital works including potable water network replacement and a new wastewater treatment plant servicing an accommodation village.

You will coordinate engineering consultants, contractors and site teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering water, wastewater, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Strong project leadership and contractor management skills.
• Experience working in remote, mining or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to remote Pilbara sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk and reporting.
• Oversee engineering consultants, contractors and specialist vendors.
• Develop and execute construction and commissioning strategies in live operating environments.
• Manage site and stakeholder interfaces, including operational, maintenance and village teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Drive contractor performance and commercial outcomes.
• Facilitate project governance, approvals and handover activities.
