AECOM in Australia is expanding its Water Infrastructure Team in New South Wales. You will lead design and delivery of water and wastewater projects, working with clients and multidisciplinary teams across local, regional and global offices.

The role requires relevant tertiary qualifications and CPEng, with experience in upgrades/renewals, knowledge of Australian codes, and strong communication to mentor junior engineers.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and CPEng (or working towards/eligible).
• Experience delivering water and/or wastewater treatment projects.
• Experience with treatment plant upgrades, renewals, process infrastructure and civil works.
• Knowledge of Australian codes, standards and industry guidelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects, including upgrades, renewals and optimisation works.
• Coordinate and manage projects from inception through to completion, including bidding, concept and detailed design, tender documentation and construction phase support.
• Contribute to planning and design of civil infrastructure for treatment facilities, including site layouts, hydraulic structures, tanks, pipework and supporting infrastructure.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and multidisciplinary teams across local, regional and global AECOM offices.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers, supporting technical development and knowledge sharing.
