AECOM in New South Wales is seeking a Civil Treatment Lead to drive the design and delivery of water and wastewater projects across the full life cycle. You’ll manage bids, concept and detailed design, tender documentation and construction phase support with a focus on sustainable outcomes for communities.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Australia and our global network, and ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery within budget while

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and CPEng (or working towards/eligible).
• Experience delivering water and/or wastewater treatment projects.
• Experience with treatment plant upgrades, renewals, process infrastructure and civil works.
• Knowledge of applicable Australian codes, standards and industry guidelines relevant to water and wastewater treatment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• A passion for delivering high-quality technical outcomes and mentoring emerging talent.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects, including treatment plant upgrades, renewals and optimisation works.
• Coordinate and manage projects from inception through to completion, including bidding, concept and detailed design, tender documentation and construction phase support.
• Contribute to the planning and design of civil infrastructure associated with treatment facilities, including site layouts, hydraulic structures, tanks, pipework and supporting infrastructure.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and multidisciplinary teams across local, regional and global AECOM offices.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers, supporting technical development and knowledge sharing across the team.
