AECOM in Sydney is expanding its Water Infrastructure Team and seeks a Civil Treatment Lead to lead design and delivery of water and wastewater projects. Hybrid work options available, with collaboration across local, regional and global offices.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate from concept through construction, and ensure projects meet quality, time, and budget targets while engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering water and/or wastewater treatment projects.
• Experience with treatment plant upgrades, renewals and process infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Australian codes, standards and guidelines relevant to water and wastewater.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects, including upgrades and optimisations.
• Coordinate and manage projects from inception through to completion, including bidding, concept/design, tender documentation and construction support.
• Contribute to planning and design of civil infrastructure for treatment facilities, including site layouts, hydraulic structures, tanks and pipework.
• Ensure QA processes are followed, delivering projects on time, within budget and safely.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and multidisciplinary teams across offices.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers to support technical development.
