WSP in Australia is seeking a Civil Engineer to join the Gold Coast team on local water projects. You will deliver civil designs across the full lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Civil Engineer (or equivalent).
• 3–7+ years’ experience in consultancy, ideally with water and wastewater infrastructure design.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and WSAA codes.
• Experience in design management and detailed design delivery.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D and a passion for digital engineering.
• Understanding of Safety in Design principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil designs across the full project lifecycle with precision and creativity.
• Produce and review high-quality documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with standards.
• Lead or support design management for water and wastewater projects.
• Collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects with structural, mechanical, and environmental teams.
• Contribute to proposals and pursuits to secure new projects.
