Job summary

WSP Global Inc. on the Gold Coast is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Water Utilities team and contribute to local water projects.

You will deliver civil designs across the full lifecycle, review documentation, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions. The role supports proposals and pursuits, with opportunities for professional growth and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years’ consultancy experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and WSAA codes.
• Experience in design management and detailed design delivery.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D and a passion for digital engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil designs across the full project lifecycle—bringing technical precision and creativity to every stage.
• Produce and review high-quality documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead or support design management for diverse water and wastewater projects and program work packages.
• Collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects, working with structural, mechanical, and environmental teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to proposals and pursuits, helping secure exciting new projects.
