WSP Global Inc. on the Gold Coast is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Water Utilities team and contribute to local water projects.

You will deliver civil designs across the full lifecycle, review documentation, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions. The role supports proposals and pursuits, with opportunities for professional growth and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years’ consultancy experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and WSAA codes.
• Experience in design management and detailed design delivery.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D and a passion for digital engineering.

Big things are happening in water and we want you to be part of it! With major projects underway and new opportunities on the horizon, we’re looking for a Civil Engineer to join our Team in the Gold Coast and work on local water projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver civil designs across the full project lifecycle—bringing technical precision and creativity to every stage

What We’re Looking For

• 3 - 7+ years’ experience in consultancy, ideally with water and wastewater infrastructure design
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and WSAA codes
• Experience in design management and detailed design delivery
• Familiarity with Civil 3D and a passion for digital engineering
• Understanding of Safety in Design principles
• Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a team environment
• Bonus: Experience in Design & Construction projects
