Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for national water infrastructure, based in Australia with hybrid work options across Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.

You will drive project excellence, embed robust controls, and deliver value for major water programs. You will lead or support design delivery, manage costs, and maintain strong client reporting while applying risk management and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven project delivery on D&C water infrastructure projects.
• Background in engineering consulting with design management experience is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead project management on water infrastructure projects nationally with support from SPMs and Team Managers.
• Manage the design delivery of medium–large projects and programs in line with WSP delivery standards.
• Embed robust project controls, contract admin and cost planning.
• Track internal costs and deliver clear, accurate client reporting.
• Identify, manage and negotiate project changes with clients.
• Ensure compliance with our Integrated Management System, including audits and quality checks.
• Apply risk management frameworks across all project processes.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure safe delivery for all teams.
