ACCIONA Agua Australia is seeking a Bid Coordinator to drive tenders and prequalification submissions across our water infrastructure portfolio. You will coordinate inputs from engineering, commercial and operations teams, ensuring accurate and compliant submissions to clients.

You will manage bid schedules, participate in bid meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of tender processes. A strong attention to detail and excellent communication are essential.

Formación

• Full working rights in Australia.
• Experience in bid coordination, tender or project administration.
• Skilled at managing complex tender documents and version control.
• Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and tender portals.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate tenders, expressions of interest and prequalification submissions to client requirements.
• Prepare and review tender documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Build and track bid schedules, milestones and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate technical, commercial and administrative inputs from internal teams.
• Compile, check and lodge final submissions through client portals.
• Run bid meetings, record minutes and follow up outstanding actions.
• Support post-tender clarifications and capture lessons for future bids.
