Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the water industry.
• Certificate IV Water Industry Operations (or equivalent) or the ability to obtain within 2 years of employment.
• Current Class C driver’s licence (must obtain HR licence within 2 years).
• Construction White Card training or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Lead a field crew to deliver safe, timely, high‑quality maintenance and construction outcomes in the water network.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations while fostering a collaborative, fair team environment.
• Ensure works comply with water industry standards, regulations and best practices.
• Promote a safety‑first culture across all activities.
• Provide technical guidance and hands‑on problem‑solving in the field.
• Maintain records including jobs costing and reporting.
