Job summary

Centurion – Asia Pacific Rentals and Services, based in Bibra Lake, WA, seeks a HSEQ Manager to lead and support the Centurion Water division. You will report to the Group HSEQ Manager and partner with the Water operations team to manage risk and meet legal and client requirements.

This role will travel to Water entities as required and is based primarily at Bibra Lake. You will implement HSEQ systems, deliver the annual plan, conduct site visits, manage incidents, and support environmental and

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in WHS, environmental management, quality or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years’ progressive HSEQ experience, including leadership or senior advisory responsibilities in operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and practical application of legal and client requirements.
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, including audits and certification support.
• Demonstrated skills in risk management, critical-control verification, incident investigation and contractor management.
• Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of HSEQ systems and deliver the annual Water HSEQ plan.
• Partner with leaders to manage risks and strengthen safety culture.
• Conduct site visits, risk assessments and critical-control verification.
• Coordinate incident investigations, corrective actions, injury management and emergency preparedness.
• Support environmental compliance and quality-management improvements.
• Coordinate audits and maintain ISO-aligned systems, documentation and compliance records.
• Support HSEQ training, inductions and competency requirements.
• Provide HSEQ advice for tenders, projects, mobilisation and client requirements.
• Report HSEQ trends and drive continual improvement across operations.
