Guidera O’Connor Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support our Melton Water Recycling Plant upgrade project west of Melbourne CBD. The role focuses on implementing site-based HSEQ management systems and embedding our guiding principles in daily work.

Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you will drive a culture of Work as Planned is Work as Done, ensuring alignment with policies, systems, and project activities while supporting legal obligations and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven HSEQ experience in construction projects and site safety leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to interpret legislation and translate to site guidance.

Responsabilités

• Champion and maintain a positive culture of Health, Safety, Environment, Wellbeing, and Quality (HSEQ) across the business.
• Drive continuous improvement and excellence in HSEQ performance.
• Guide and support site teams in all aspects of HSEQ during construction and delivery lifecycle.
• Support ongoing maintenance and compliance of accredited management systems.
• Promote and maintain a safe and compliant workplace for all workers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve positive HSEQ outcomes.
