Job summary

Centurion Water & Wastewater Solutions is seeking a HSEQ Manager to lead risk, compliance and continual improvement across our Water division. The role reports to the Group HSEQ Manager and partners with operational management to meet legal and client requirements.

Based mainly at Bibra Lake with travel to Water entities as required, you will implement ISO-aligned systems, oversee audits, investigations and training to strengthen safety culture and environmental quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification/diploma in WHS, environmental management, quality or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years’ progressive HSEQ experience, including leadership or senior advisory responsibilities in operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and practical application of legal and client requirements.
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, including audits and certification support.
• Demonstrated skills in risk management, critical-control verification, incident investigation and contractor management.
• Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to work across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HSEQ systems
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, risk assessments and critical-control verification.
• Coordinate incident investigations, corrective actions, injury management and emergency preparedness.

• Coordinate audits and maintain ISO-aligned systems, documentation and compliance records.
• Support HSEQ training, inductions and competency requirements.
• Provide HSEQ advice for tenders, projects, mobilisation and client requirements.
• Report HSEQ trends and drive continual improvement across operations.

Job description

Centurion – Asia Pacific Rentals and Services supplies high-quality, certified equipment solutions to the mining, energy, industrial, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Our range includes water and wastewater treatment services, power generation, pumps, winches, and lifting equipment.

About the role

We are seeking a HSEQ Manager to lead and support the Centurion Water's division. This role will report to the Group HSEQ Manager and partner with the Water operational management team to manage risk, meet legal and client requirements, and maintain ISO-aligned systems.

This role will be primarily based at Bibra Lake and will require you to travel to the different Water entities as required.

What you'll do

The successful candidate will be required to provide a National Police Clearance and undergo a pre-employment medical.
