Job summary

Centurion Asia Pacific Rentals & Services is seeking a motivated HSEQ & Compliance Officer to provide administrative, systems and compliance coordination support to the APAC Group HSEQ function and business unit. Based in Western Australia, this full-time role will manage HSEQ platforms, document control, audits and reporting.

You'll collaborate across safety, quality and environmental teams, maintain training and compliance registers, and support ISO certifications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HSEQ, WHS, Quality, Compliance or Systems Administration/Administration role (highly regarded)
• Experience maintaining HSEQ systems, databases or compliance platforms (highly regarded)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 (beneficial)
• Experience with document control and management systems
• Strong SharePoint and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately

Responsibilities

• Administer HSEQ platforms including Enhesa, Safety Champion, Trace, Geoforce, Emissions systems and SharePoint HSEQ portals
• Maintain user access, workflows, system settings and data integrity
• Provide system troubleshooting, user support and training
• Maintain controlled HSEQ documents, procedures, policies and templates in SharePoint
• Manage document version control, approvals, review cycles and publishing
• Support the Integrated Management System and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification and audit activities
• Coordinate audit documentation, evidence, action registers and follow-up
• Support injury reporting, case tracking, medical appointments, IMEs and return-to-work administration
• Maintain training, licence, competency and other compliance registers
• Monitor expiry dates and follow up outstanding compliance requirements
• Prepare monthly APAC HSEQ reports, KPIs, dashboards and trend summaries
• Maintain risk registers and coordinate SWMS, JHA and risk assessment review workflows
• Administer incident reporting processes and monitor corrective actions through to close-out
• Maintain contractor prequalification, insurance and competency documentation
• Support environmental and ESG reporting, registers and compliance activities
• Draft HSEQ communications, safety alerts, campaigns and SharePoint content
• Support HSEQ inductions, training coordination, meetings and action tracking
• Contribute to continuous improvement, digitisation and HSEQ workflow enhancements.
