AECOM is seeking a Digital Director for ANZ Water to shape the future of our digital offerings in Australia and New Zealand. You will drive digital, data and AI initiatives, influence senior leaders, and develop capabilities across the Water portfolio.

You will collaborate with global leaders, evolve project delivery, and mentor teams while aligning with business priorities and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering or consulting background with practical expertise in digital, data and AI.
• Able to analyse complex information and communicate clear recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven people leadership and influencing skills across disciplines and levels.
• Strategic mindset focused on turning insights into practical outcomes and business value.
• Experience balancing long-term capability building with immediate client priorities.
