Reporting to the ANZ Water Managing Director, you will drive digital, AI and data initiatives across the business, influencing decisions and building capabilities to tackle complex water challenges.

• Strong engineering or consulting background with practical expertise in digital, data and AI.

• Influence strategic priorities, investment decisions and the future direction of the ANZ Water business.
• Build trusted client relationships and shape opportunities addressing real business challenges.
• Lead digital, data, automation and AI initiatives to improve project delivery and client outcomes.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams, creating opportunities for growth, leadership and innovation.
