AECOM is seeking a Digital Director for Australia and New Zealand water to shape the future of our digital offering. You will drive digital and AI innovation, influence business decisions, and build capabilities across the ANZ region while collaborating with leaders globally.

Reporting to the ANZ Water Managing Director, you will blend strategic thinking with practical action to enable smarter ways of working, develop talent, and position AECOM at the forefront of water-sector digital

Qualifications

Strong engineering or consulting background with digital, data and AI experience.
Ability to analyse complex information and present clear recommendations.
Proven leadership and influencing skills across disciplines.
Strategic mindset balancing capability building with client priorities.
Experience connecting regional/global teams to drive digital practice.

Responsibilities

Influence strategic priorities, investments and ANZ Water direction.
Build strong client relationships and shape opportunities.
Lead digital, data, automation and AI initiatives for projects.
Develop and mentor high-performing teams and leaders.
Strengthen capability through sustainable ways of working and knowledge sharing.
Align local teams with regional/global expertise on digital practices.
