Job summary

AECOM in Australia seeks a Major Projects Director to lead major water infrastructure programs across NSW and ANZ. You will direct design and delivery, manage risk and commercial performance, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to achieve technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (12+ years) leading major Design & Construct water infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage project commercials, risk and delivery performance.
• Strong leadership to influence and guide multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major water infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand.
• Operate as Project Director across design and delivery on complex Design & Construct programs.
• Manage commercial performance, project controls, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Build relationships with contractors, alliance partners and water clients.
• Provide strategic guidance to project teams through delivery challenges.
• Support major pursuits, bids and framework opportunities in the region.
• Mentor and develop project teams and promote high-performance delivery.
