Water Corporation in Busselton is seeking a role within Busselton Regional Field Services to support planning, delivery and continuous improvement of maintenance across water and wastewater assets. You will work with contractors and field crews, develop work packs and procedures, and drive safety and quality in field operations.

This role is ideal for someone with planning, scheduling, or asset maintenance experience, offering exposure across Regional Field Services and opportunities to build

Formación

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Considerable experience in field-based work scheduling, planning, or management within a large infrastructure-based service organisation.
• A current 'C' Class Driver's Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Developing maps, work packs, and supporting documentation
• Conducting site visits to verify maintenance activities are delivered safely and to standards
• Providing Team Leader support and guidance to contractors in the field
• Reviewing contractor feedback and ensuring quality and compliance requirements
• Coordinating compliance monitoring and reviewing inspection reports
